ABBREVIATED BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICING: All leisure break pricing is in £’s per room per night (unless otherwise stated) based on 2 people sharing a twin or a double for 2 or more nights, except for certain holiday periods where a minimum 3 or 5 night stay may apply, and is guaranteed once you are given a confirmation number.

RESERVATIONS: When making a reservation at the hotel you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid debit/credit card.

CHECKING IN AND OUT: Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager.

DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENTS: A £50.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be taken within 24 hours by the hotel. Final payment is taken on departure or, in the event of cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation terms.

BALANCE OF MONIES OUTSTANDING: Prior to your departure from the hotel, you will be required to settle your bill. On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid debit/credit card for the hotel to take an authorisation. We accept most credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express, plus cheques supported by a current cheque guarantee card.

GROUP BOOKINGS: A booking of 8 rooms or more is classified as a group and is subject to our group Terms & Conditions of  business, which differ from our leisure break rates. Please ask for further details.

FEATURE ROOMS: Upgrades to premier rooms or suites are subject to payment of a supplement and availability.

CHILDREN under the age of 5 can stay and eat free at our hotel when sharing a room with 2 paying adults on the same meal basis. Children from the ages of 5 to 14 will be charged at £15.00 per child, per night (covering the cost of bed & breakfast - all other meals will be charged as taken), when sharing a room with 2 paying adults, where a suitable room is available. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and feature rooms are excluded from this offer.

DRESS CODE: When dining, smart casual is acceptable: please enquire for more details.

GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY: Our hotel offers modified facilities for guests with impaired mobility, and has mainly level access to public areas and accessible bathrooms. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with the hotel in advance.

MEAL ARRANGEMENTS: Those breaks which include breakfast offer a full traditional or continental breakfast with tea or coffee. The breaks which include dinner offer a choice from the hotel’s table d’hote menu. There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests and lunch cannot be taken in place of dinner.

GOLF: If you wish to play golf, please ensure you book your T-times in advance of your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS: All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms, which will be provided to you as part of your booking process. Where a cancellation is not made in accordance with our applicable cancellation terms, we reserve the right to charge you for the first night’s accommodation. A cancellation number must be obtained to ensure that charges will not be levied. In the unlikely event that we need to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However you have the right to accept the changed arrangements as notified, make alternative arrangements with the hotel, or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies you have paid to the hotel in respect of your reservation.
